History
CGEL was founded by Mr. Charles Allen, a leading Civil-Geotechnical practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience within the Caribbean. As the primary founder, his vision and passion for advancing the geotechnical practice were the driving forces behind CGEL's establishment.
Since 2020, CGEL has steadily grown its reputation as a reliable and innovative consultancy, contributing significantly to the advancement of geotechnical practise in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean.
